Accessories
In addition to our normal woodworking products Renatus is pleased to be able to provide complementary services, many of which will be useful to organ builders.
You may be missing an important console part or perhaps wish to provide new toe sweeps or stop jambs. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and work to your drawings, fitting and wiring parts for you where required.
Pedalboards
Our range of pedalboards and benches are also designed to standard dimensions and made to the same high standards as our console and casework.
Pedals are machined from solid beech or maple and can be fitted with contrasting or capped sharps of rosewood, wenge etc.
Pedals can be cut to your specification for operation of pedal jacks or electrical contacts. Alternatively we can fit a contact system of your choice.
Organ Benches
Benches are manufactured to various designs or can be custom made to your specifications. Additional features such as height adjustment, a back rest or a music compartment can also be incorporated.
Music Lamps
It does seem to be very difficult to source good quality music lamps for organ consoles but in the photograph on the right you'll see two which we've managed to source from a company in Germany. On the right of the picture the long necked stand mounted version can tilt forward to clear the music desk and the bulbs can be swiveled to the right angle. Alternatively the lamp on the left fixes to the top of the music stand. They're both made of solid brass and come complete with bulbs and even a British Plug! Click here to see some more photographs.

The Music Stand Lamp (our part ref. 4702) is priced at £112.50, excluding VAT and carriage.
Pipe Trays
Having been recently asked by a client to make some pipe trays we thought they may be useful to other builders for storage and when the old ones are falling apart! Made from 18mm MDF they stack easily and safely, each interlocking with the one below. Carrying handles are cut on each side and three different lengths are available. Expression Pedal Mechanism
A sturdy cast aluminium pedal with ridged rubber covering, mounted on a wooden base with an optional potentiometer.
Wooden Drawstop Heads
We offer two standard wooden stop heads, 30mm diameter and 35mm diameter. Each can be made from mahogany (utile), wenge or maple. Each stop is supplied with a turned 'imitation ivory' disc which can be engraved to your requirements. Where required heads can be provided with wooden rods, either integral or of a contrasting material.

Console Labeling
CNC engraving facilities enable Renatus to provide for your engraving requirements. Special nameplates and labels can be undertaken in a variety of fonts and materials including Imitation Ivory
