Social Responsibility

Renatus was established in 2001 to provide specialist services to the organ building trade, and more recently manufacturing services to independent design companies supplying various trades.

Although our services are numerous they are based primarily around wooden products and we employ 13 people at our Bideford workshop.

Renatus is committed to being a socially responsible business. We recognise that our activities have a direct impact upon the well being of our employees, customers, suppliers and wider community in the South West

With this in mind Renatus will endeavour to make a positive impact upon our society.

• Meeting our statutory obligations on employment, health and safety and the environment.
• Monitoring and reporting our social responsibility performance.

This policy is communicated to all employees and those whose actions may have a significant effect on the environmental performance of Renatus. This policy is available to members of the public upon request.

Privacy Policy

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, because you will have given us those details as part of an enquiry or request to subscribe to one of our services and secondly, to process and deliver an order you have placed with us.

We will not e-mail you except in connection with your current order or query unless you are subscribed to our newsletter service.

We will not supply any of your details to any third party in the future unless required by law.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address and goods or services ordered We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.

Our website does not currently use cookies.

We will ensure that the information we hold will be accurate and as up to date as it can be.

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you notify us of any inaccuracies we will correct the errors promptly. Personal information will be held securely in accordance with the law.
